Conclusion
The full explanation behind the PayPal limitation has been given.
Jason Gardner, Traffic Monsoon's PayPal account manager, gave the following reason for the PayPal limitation, "The reason for PayPal’s decision to part ways with your organization is due to the size of growth in a very short time frame. Due to the amount of growth in the short amount of time this creates too much risk for PayPal."

FULLY EXPLAINED:
PayPal has a risk window of 180 days from any purchase date. When sales are steady or incline slightly, old sales drop out of this window while new sales of services enter this risk window. With steady sales or a slight incline, PayPal can more easily gauge trends to predict future sales volumes as they assess their risk potential.
Their risk potential is based upon 100% chargebacks, which is silly when considering that before this limitation the dispute/chargebacks were less than 1/2 a percentage based upon a 22 Dec 2015 review.
Traffic Monsoon's sales through PayPal had been experiencing a sharp increase (as a result from traveling to more countries, meeting with more people, and working hard to sell more services). So the amount of old sales dropping outside the 180 day window weren't sufficient to cover the flow of new sales of services. With this increase, PayPal determined that it was unpredictable whether sales would continue to rise, stay the same, or drop down. Since PayPal felt uncertain whether sales would drop, they disabled the ability of any funds to go out of PayPal starting 11 Jan, and kept purchases for funds to come in turned on for 30 days. They kept sales turned on for 30 days in order to give themselves additional wiggle room.
So basically, with Traffic Monsoon's growth.. they chose to conclude that they needed to part ways, because the growth curve was too high and trends unpredictable. This increase in sales was interpreted by them higher potential risk which couldn't be reduced by dropping off of 6 month old sales, and holds the possiblity that it also couldn't be covered by a continue flow of new sales of services at the high level that was being experienced.
So the baffling move on PayPal's part was believing they needed to protect themselves from the impossible 100% chargeback potential, when in fact disputes/chargebacks were less than 1/2 a percent.

Commissions and sharing revenues from these PayPal purchase were earned by people who didn't use PayPal. So people are also not getting paid on pending balances through Payza or Solid Trust Pay either.
And additionally, because Traffic Monsoon lost PayPal, people circulated their belief that PayPal only limits accounts of fraudulent or illegal companies in order to protect people. So their limitation is sending a wrong message to the public.

PayPal And Moving Forward From Here
I truly am doing all that I can to get this situation resolved, and have met with so many people discussing ways to overcome it, including individuals who are in position to help in significant ways. PayPal is promising to send the balance in full within 180 days.
PayPal will be reviewing the account each 30 days to decide how much (if any) can be released in intervals, but for sure we will have all funds out within 6 months time.
We're working through many solutions, including retaining one of the best attorneys to resolve this situation. This attorney has worked with the Department of Justice, has connections who are in the FBI, and a friend of his also is friends with the CEO of PayPal. We're working all possible channels to get this resolved amicably and quickly.
Please know that I recognize fully the position this is placing each of you in, and I am working so very hard to get this resolved for you and all members as soon as humanly possible.
Worse case scenario, PayPal will release the funds in a max of 180 days and everyone's pending withdrawals will be paid. I've always been honest with you, so I at least hope you stick with me through this journey as we face what PayPal has done to YOUR business together and get through it together, and keep going for years and years to come.
Best case sceneario, we'll have a new payment gateway added to the system in a matter of days and our solutions we've been working on will be in full force and within the next 3 weeks or so we'll have all the pending payouts caught up and withdrawals instant again. If all the sales which have been going into PayPal these last few weeks went into Payza & Solid Trust Pay, then we wouldn't have any issues with paying anyone.. So let's focus on having everyone use Payza or Solid Trust Pay.
The best thing for everyone to do is setup Payza, or SolidTrustPay while we complete work adding an additional method of payment and get it built into the system. PayPal is no longer a method of payment on the website.
The trajectory of the business has been upwards, so keep doing all you have been doing to grow the business and take this to the next level (like you always have) then we'll make it through this challenge in a shorter time.
Looking at sales trends, and current payout requests awaiting to be paid.. as long as sales go through a method of payment we can actually use (instead of paypal) we would have every pending request paid out within 3 weeks or less.
The ticket here is not to give up, but keep moving forward... and using payza / stp -- and you'll see that the requests will be paid in a shorter time than 180 days due to the flow of sales coming in.. That's all we need to do.. stay positive, keep going forward, and this will resolve itself

PayPal's last message to me says they will review releasing funds after 30 days, and more after another 30 days... until 180 days... but we want to make sure we get those funds out faster, so I've retained one of the top US attorneys to get more out faster... so we can get people paid.
Everyone knows what the situation is. We're in a position where most of the funds that belong to members are inside paypal and paypal is not allowing funds to go out. We've retained one of the top attorneys in the USA to help with this matter. Their only reasoning for holding onto funds is because we grew too fast in a short amount of time. We have a group of people here in Dubai who have been working on resolution towards making sure members get paid right away using a new payment gateway. We're getting closer to finishing the resolution to the matter. #1 goal is paying members asap while we resolve getting funds out of paypal. What PayPal is doing is not fair on our members, me, or the company as a whole. In fact, we believe it's illegal what PayPal is doing. We're doing our best given the situation, and I don't know why anyone would say anything against me as a person. when I've always been honest and open with our members.
Just know we are working on the best outcome for all members asap, which means payouts, not just payments for purchases. We have made some very incredible connections I can't even describe or release who they are, but I will just say that we are very close to the resolution of the matter at hand, and that there are plans in development for taking TM to a whole new level structurally and commercially.

2015 was an exciting year for payza which saw us release many new features and products, such as Payza connect and the Payza Prepaid Card. As our range of products and features expanded, so did our member base. By the end of December, new account sign ups were avaraging roughly 10.000 per day! That was a dramatic increase, more than double the amount we were used to seeing.
With more sign ups came more transactions, and with more transactions came the need for our team to perform more transactions reviews, an important process that helps protect our members from fraud and other illegal activity.
Despite our best efforts to keep up with the sudden increase in demand, we were unable to complete many transactions in the time frame indicated, and for that we apologize.

As you already know from the video, I'm currently in Dubai. One reason for that is to setup an office in the World Trade Center Dubai. Part of this process is also setting up a bank here, and having an additional business registration here in the UAE.
We're transitioning from using PayPal to opening our own TM World Bank.

Our goal with opening our bank is to send you TM MasterCards for easier access to your earnings! We'll also have complete control over the funds received by the company for revenue sharing, without any worry about the payment processors taking control of funds.
This will also increase quality of our services and reduce risk of click cheating, because with the bank we'll need to verify "Know Your Customer" documents to ensure that each member getting paid is uniquely different from all other members.
What this means for you if you use PayPal:
For the next 30 days you'll be able to still make purchases with PayPal. We're unable to process withdrawals through PayPal because funds will begin moving into Payza and our own TM World bank account to support withdrawal requests.
We do recommend that you start using Payza for purchases for now until we get the TM World Bank completed.
If you used PayPal for withdrawals, you'll be able to gain access to your funds with Payza instead during this transition.

Working online from home -- I worked many hours at my computer during the day, and spent the evenings with my son, then went back to work after he went to bed because it's a serious passion for me. The thing is, I was just doing mechanical tasks.
Applying settings, managing, keeping up work a work load, and talking with customers to resolve any problem.
Then, Immy Aslam convinced me to go to the UK for a visit.
Since then, I have now met with people in England, USA, Scotland, Morocco, Dubai, Egypt, and Poland.
I've now heard many people's real life experiences. Major life changes to their lifestyles as well as achievement of their goals.
In Poland yesterday I learned that many people have been able to leave their jobs, earn more income than their bosses, and even more than their president. Entrepreneurs have been inspired to start their own businesses, and earn the necessary budget to launch their own ideas.
One of those young men developed a shoe zipper, which is laced into the shoelace, and then instead of tying the shoe-- simply zipping it up. He expressed that his whole life has now changed simply because of the work I have been doing.
It's so much more rewarding to know of the people I've helped, the things they have accomplished in their lives, dreams they have started to live-- so much more rewarding than money.
Thank you Piotr Agassi Chajkowski for never giving up bringing me to Poland. I want to return soon, and connect with the incredible people of Poland who have taken their own lives to the next level. I am filled with gratitude to God for making all these things possible-- people becoming empowered in their own lives from something I have worked on around the clock for so very long. I'm so touched to know that something I have created has been leveraged into a spring board for people reaching new heights, cultivating their own dreams, and accomplishing their own entrepreneurial pursuits.
